Lady Gaga is now rich and famous so it’s only natural that parasites are crawling out of the woodwork to sue her in order to get their greedy little hands on her millions. And there is no gluttony more heinous than that of a lover spurned, which is exactly what Rob Fusari is—a freeloading has-been boyfriend.

Although the fool claims to have “created” Lady Gaga, the world knows the truth is Lady Gaga created Lady Gaga!

This man is only one of several people who claim to have discovered and shaped Gaga. So, although we are sure Fusari's lawsuit will be labeled without merit and quickly dismissed, we bring you a couple of video reports about the situation, which you can watch at the base of this post.

UPDATE 3-20-10! Lady Gaga filed a counter-suit against Fusari today, claiming he conned her into signing an illegal contract while acting as an unlicensed talent agent! Watch the video at the bottom of this page showing Fusari singing a different tune back in January. Even though he admits to receiving hundreds of thousands of dollars from her, he said all he really wanted was a "Thank you." How quickly the worm turns! This guy now wants millions! Check out a video of the man's hypocrisy by scrolling downward.

In the meantime, enjoy these beautiful photos taken by the good people at Cosmopolitan Magazine, including outtakes they didn’t use but were kind enough to share with the world. Gaga never looked better.

There are tons of questions we want to ask Lady Gaga. After all, she’s one of the most fascinating music artists we’ve ever seen. And unlike most people who are given that title, she actually manages to live up to it—she’s a true artist—while still singing ultra-catchy pop songs that make it impossible not to dance. She’s kind of a genius… but she’s also kind of bizarre. Who is she, really? We plan to find out.

But as we wait for her to meet us at a chic Las Vegas sushi restaurant, we’re completely preoccupied with the most obvious question of all: What the hell will she be wearing? That translucent bubble dress, a bra that shoots sparks, lingerie that oozes fake blood—Gaga never looks boring. In fact, we’d be shocked if she’s so much as touched a pair of sweat pants in her life.

Photo of a page about Lady Gaga in the April 2010 issue of Cosmopolitan Magazine with a "Cosmo Quiz." Says Gaga, "Some women choose to follow men and some women choose to follow their dreams. If you're wondering which way to go, remember that your career will never wake up and tell you that it doesn't love you anymore!" Click scanned image to enlarge.

Sadly, there are no pyrotechnics when we spot her strutting toward us in a pair of black shades, a skimpy bustier, and an impossibly tight vinyl miniskirt. Just as we realize we have no idea what to call her (though we bet “Stefani” will get us slapped), she stretches out a pale, delicate hand in our direction and declares “Gaga.” Of course.

We offer her a cocktail, but she has a sold out concert in a few hours, and she doesn’t want to drink before the show. Instead, she orders riceless sushi and dressingless salad.

For Gaga, life is all about being in the spotlight... and why would she do anything to jeopardize that? “My friends joke that I’m dead until I get onstage,” she says. “I’m dead right now as you’re speaking to me.”

Lady Gaga also revealed that her ex-boyfriend told her she would never succeed in the music industry.

In the interview with Cosmopolitan, the “Bad Romance’” singer explained that her partner said he wanted her to fail. “I had a boyfriend who told me I’d never succeed, never be nominated for a Grammy, never have a hit song, and that he hoped I’d fail,” she said. “I said to him, ‘Someday when we’re not together, you won’t be able to order a cup of coffee at the f**king deli without hearing or seeing me’.”

Gaga admitted that she had struggled to succeed in the music business, adding that she “ate s**t for so long.”

Rock legend Annie Lennox recently revealed on her Blog that she’s a big Lady Gaga fan: “She’s the real deal!” Check out what she said below:

I have to say that I am completely entranced by Lady Ga Ga… She is completely off the scale on just about every level, and I’m just loving it! She has the most ENORMOUS stamina and chutzpah, to carry off her massive persona…and I can tell you, that it takes f……..g HOURS and a TEAM to make up and dress up on a daily incarnation like that!!!

Rather demure outtake photo of Lady Gaga originally taken for the April 2010 issue of Cosmopolitan Magazine wearing a black dress and heels. Click picture to enlarge.

She’s amazing, innovative, out of the box, and ground breaking at every level! She has smashed the “cookie cutter” tedium, and brought it all into an entirely different level! I saw her giving an interview with Cyndy Lauper on the subject of Women and Aids..performing live at the piano with Elton, and she’s all over You Tube in all kinds of colors, shapes and forms. Wow!! She’s the real deal..love it love it! END.

Check out these excerpts from a Gawker.com article about the “Telephone” video: An interview with lesbian trainer and performance artist Heather Cassils: Lady Gaga's Prison GF Says Kissing Her Was 'Electric! Heather Cassils is the awesome-looking woman who plays Lady Gaga's prison girlfriend in the "Telephone" video. But she's also a well-known artist in her own right. And she loved making out with Gaga. Read more (after the pic):

Doree: Were you familiar with Gaga's work before and what did you think of it?

Heather: I was not really all that familiar with her work. I had heard her music (how can you not) but what I really noticed was her appearances at the Grammys and I recall appreciating the radical outfit choices, the birdcage on the head and the bleeding performance. This is more what stuck in my head than her music because as a visual artist it was interesting to see her making reference all across the spectrum of performance art from Lee Bowery to Ron Athey. I was impressed that she was bringing these tropes into her work to bring these visuals to an entirely different audience.

D: How'd you meet Gaga? Describe the process of getting asked/selected to be in the video. Were you immediately interested?

H: I run my own personal training business out of a small gym in Silverlake. At my gym there is another trainer named Dallas Malloy. She is an amazing bodybuilder who is also a talented actor. Dallas called me randomly one day from an audition telling me that a casting agent was looking for female bodybuilders.

Photo taken of Lady Gaga for the April 2010 issue of Cosmopolitan Magazine but not used. Click picture to enlarge.

Apparently they could not find enough of them so Dallas thought of me because, although I am not as huge as pro builders, with the right camera work I can look massive. I thanked Dallas and told her that acting was not really my thing but when she told me it was to play a security guard in a woman's prison for a Beyoncé/ Gaga video. With the mention of Beyoncé's name I told her to give me the address. (I LOVE Destiny's Child especially) I ended up being cast as an inmate and I went to set that day for the "camp" factor.

I figured I could cross Beyoncé video off my list. Upon arriving, I was sent up to set, saddened to learn that Beyonce was rehearsing for the Grammys. We blocked the prison yard scene with a Lady Gaga double a few times.

Escorted by an entourage, The Lady herself, came on set. Within minutes her people called me over. Draped in chains and clad in cat suit she extended her manicured hand to me. "Hello, I'm Lady Gaga."

"Hello, I'm Heather Cassils." That's how I met Lady Gaga—a bizarre and organic unfolding of events that can only take place in Los Angeles.

D: Did you know what the storyline of the "Telephone" video was before you shot the scene? How was your role described to you? Are you wearing your own clothes or did they design a costume for you?

H: I had no idea about the story line, except that I was to be a security guard in a woman's prison scene ( which I thought was hilarious). My initial role was not described to me at all with the exception of the interactions I had with Gaga after meeting her. She looked me over and told me she wanted me to play her "girlfriend in prison." She mulled over our interactions and said finally definitively: "when I want someone I never go to them, they come to me… so you come to me." She then told me I was to "touch her inappropriately."

As for costuming, the night before the shoot we were sent a list of clothing options to turn up in, items such as bikinis, thongs, high heels etc. At this point I panicked and called the casting director informing her that I do not do bikinis and heels. She assured me it would be okay if I turned up in some dark form fitting clothes.

So I actually wore my girlfriend's pants and leather vest that day. (Great thing about dating women is that you double your wardrobe possibilities). But generally I wear similar garb. I like to fashion myself after a Tom of Finland drawing or the illustrious art hustler of the '70s Peter Berlin. I showed up dressed as you see in the video and was sent up to set.

D: How many takes did you have to do to get the kiss down? What was it like to kiss Lady Gaga? Is she a good kisser?

H: The kiss was down from the get go. It happened very naturally and organically. I leaned into smell her and I started by kissing her neck. It was electric and when I got to her mouth, she actually kissed me. Kissing lady Gaga was like kissing any beautiful woman you feel a connection with, as soon as I touched her she was just that, very sensitive and responsive. It even eclipsed the crazy cigarette glasses that were smoking. I think we did four or five takes; it all happened so fast it was a bit of a blur. By the last takes we were brushing ashes off each other and coughing and laughing. Talk about second hand smoke! But really it was a performance and that yes she is a good kisser but kissing my girlfriend is even more powerful as I'm totally under her spell.

D: Why is it important for queer artists to increase their visibility? What are other ways you're doing that? Do you consider yourself a political artist? Why or why not?

H: It is important for queer artists to increase their visibility because it offers up options. Since I have done this video I have had over 15,000 people look at my artist website. To my surprise I have gotten a ton of really young people contacting me, telling me how much they appreciate what I have been articulating in the media and also how much they connect with my art.

Outtake picture of Lady Gaga wearing a gold and black lace slip for the April 2010 issue of Cosmopolitan Magazine. Click photo to enlarge.

Some of these letters are from very young queer and disenfranchised people, who live in smaller cities with no support. Teens have written me from Germany, France and Scotland, telling me of their feelings of alienation and that by being the artist that I am, and by being outspoken about my beliefs that I have helped them alleviate their own personal feelings of shame around gender identity and sexuality. To me this is truly an honor and the ultimate service I can provide as a cultural producer.

Another interesting image of Lady Gaga by Cosmopolitan Magazine of her wearing a short black and gold lace slip. Click photo to enlarge.

My work starts with my own body, which I have manipulated via diet and exercise to produce a physique that is not usually associated with the female gender. I see life as a sort of performance art work and that every gesture you make, every way you present yourself is a possibility to author an experience for those surrounding you which could be art. As for my more formal art practice, I create living paintings where you use a live element to have people really stay with the composition of the piece.

I will be doing a performance of Hard Times in an upcoming Movement Research Spring 2010 Festival entitled "HARDCORPS" curated by A.L. Steiner, Aki Sasamoto, Melanie Maar and Walter Dundervill. My art is a thermometer of sorts, which takes the temperature of our cultural climate. Am I political artist? I suppose I am, because nothing exists outside the realm of politics. To say you are political is a political statement.

D: Did you find anything problematic about Gaga's video when you watched it in full? Do you feel that the LGBT community was fairly represented, or is it in itself a step forward that the community can be satirized in a mainstream video?

H: No, I find nothing problematic about Gaga's video. For someone to say that it is bad to have representation of LGBTQ people in prison in music is just ludicrous to me. To be able to poke, to parody ourselves means we have come a long way. They are missing the point. In addition, Gaga is exploiting all images in the video, including herself. The structure of the video claims everything from Thelma and Louise to early sexploitation films. My friend Michelle Johnson is an EXCELLENT filmmaker has made a film recently called Lezploitation, which reclaims of exploitation films of this era through a lesbian gaze. While Gaga may not be a lesbian, Gaga is clearly not straight but certainly she is queer. I don't see any problem with her reclaiming these images as well!

LADY GAGA IN Q MAGAZINE! BANNED! 23 HQ PHOTOS PICTURES IMAGES SCANS! 11 VIDEOS! DILDO! TELEPHONE REVIEWS!

LADY GAGA IN Q MAGAZINE! BANNED IN BOSTON! 23 HQ PHOTOS IMAGES PICTURES SCANS 11 VIDEOS ABOUT 'TELEPHONE' VIDEO SHE’S THE MAN WITH A DILDO! 'TELEPHONE' VIDEO REVIEWS!
March 18, 2010.
Lady Gaga loves controversy! Not only does it keep her in The Fame Monster mode, it’s helping to change the world, something she has always claimed is one of her long term goals. That and her vow to turn the world gay, of course! After the release of her new “Telephone” video, conservative parents are quaking in their bigot boots, fearful that their children might learn that lesbian, gay, transgender, and bisexual (LGBT) individuals are not only here to stay, they are cool and hot all at the same time!

Photo of Lady Gaga article in the UK's Q Magazine April 2010 issue with the headline "It should be no surprise that LADY GAGA wanted to 'strap a dildo to my vagina' for her first Q cover shoot. . ." Click scanned image to enlarge.

In a post-video release interview with Ryan Seacrest on 102.7 KIIS FM Radio, which you can listen to at the bottom of this post, Gaga said she wanted to celebrate the gay and transsexual community in the “Telephone” video, something we think she does indeed do— with panache!

And, by the way, those news reports by Feaux News and CNN saying MTV had banned the video were totally false. Although the networks should be ashamed of themselves for printing falsehoods without checking the facts, Gaga owes them a fortune for all the free publicity. We’re sure fans who were fearful they wouldn’t get to see the video flocked to YouTube, giving the “Telephone” video over twenty million views so far, an amazing feat, although it has a way to go before catching up with Lady Gaga’s “Bad Romance” video, which has racked up an astonishing 152,240,251 plays to date!

Check out this review from MTV News: “TELEPHONE” FRAME BY FRAME:

In our continuing efforts to take you, the loyal music lover, deeper into the minds of today’s artists, MTV News presents “Frame by Frame.” Each week, we’ll get a musician to give you the inside scoop on their latest music video.

The 2010 MTV Video Music Awards are still six months away, but you can certainly pencil in one early contender for a slew of Moonman trophies when the show rolls around. Lady Gaga’s “Telephone” has taken the music world by storm with its killer dancing, epic length, melodramatic story, envelope-pushing fashion and wanton violence. The tag-team with Beyoncé was directed by Jonas Akerlund, who sat down with MTV News for a guided tour through one of the most impressive clips in recent memory.

Picture of a page of the Lady Gaga article in Q Magazine 2010 issue. Gaga talks about how, as a teenage art student, she was obsessed with surrealistic artists Damien Hirst and Spencer Tunick. Click scanned photo to enlarge.

Akerlund was complimentary of Gaga (who he said was “full of ideas”) but had just as many lovely things to say about Ms. Knowles. “We only had one day with Beyoncé, but she’s such a professional,” he explained. “In the big dance scene with her, she rehearsed it on her own the day before. Lady Gaga and her dancers had rehearsed a lot together, but Beyoncé stepped into it and pretty much nailed it.”
Photo of a topless Lady Gaga holding onto her naked breasts in the UK's Q Magazine. Click scanned image to enlarge.

The director also took a lot of pride in the run-up to the first appearance of Beyoncé in the video. “The idea was always to not really know who she was until we see here, but we did add her name on the speaker at the beginning,” he said. “But the reveal of Beyoncé with the hat is pretty cool.”

In fact, the whole thing is pretty cool, and it’s slowly morphing into something more. “It’s actually supposed to be attached to the other video we did last year for ‘Paparazzi,’ which was six minutes long and this is almost 10 minutes,” Akerlund explained. “So it’s already become something of a short film.” Though he claimed the “To Be Continued” note at the end of the video is meaningless, here’s hoping Akerlund’s Gaga-based saga continues.
END. Watch the MTV video at the base of this page for the whole interview.

From MTV News comes another interesting article: Lady Gaga, ‘Telephone’ Director Talk Pop-Culture References In Video. March 16, 2010. Read it below:

It seems like there are a million pop-culture references in Lady Gaga’s “Telephone” video. She pays homage to great pop stars like Madonna and Michael Jackson, while also referencing everything from Quentin Tarantino’s “Kill Bill” to Alexander McQueen’s death to Andy Warhol. And just as Gaga has managed to maintain more than just 15 minutes of fame, her video was also designed in a way that invites multiple viewings.

Photo of a shirtless Lady Gaga as it appeared in the UK's Q Magazine. Click scanned image to enlarge.

“Well that’s the fun part of these kind of stories. That you can pack them with fun details, and I think that works really well for the fans that want to see the video more than once,” “Telephone” music video director Jonas Åkerlund told MTV News. “That you have an opportunity to see new details. You can watch it 10 times and still see new things in there.”

In an interview with Ryan Seacrest earlier this week, Gaga discussed some of the video’s pop-culture references, namely the Coca-Cola cans she wears in her hair (like the ones she recently sported in Sydney). “My mom used to do that when I was a kid,” she explained. ” ‘Cause if we didn’t have any rollers in the house, she’d slice up some Coke cans and then she’d heat them up and pin them in her hair.”

Closeup image of Lady Gaga in the UK's Q Magazine April 2010 issue. with claws covering her bare breasts. Click scanned picture to enlarge.

Of course, the video also features Beyoncé. “We’re not competitive at all. We’re so different, we respect each other so much and she’s so kind and we really get along,” she said of her fellow pop superstar. “She was so courageous in this video. She trusted me because she likes my work and she knew that I love her and it’s a mutual respect. It ended up being a masterpiece because she was so courageous, but I’m sure you can imagine it’s a bit daunting sometimes.”

Gaga explains that she “really believe[s] in the power of visuals, and sometimes visions come to me and I know I have to do them.” She added, “It doesn’t really matter if it makes sense or if it doesn’t make sense. By the end of the video, it became so much more as we explored each scene it became about transsexual women and it became about making fun of American hallmarks like soda cans and cigarettes and mayonnaise and bread.”

Super close photo of Lady Gaga topless in England's Q Magazine. Click scanned image to enlarge.

Of all the visuals in the power punch of a clip, Gaga admits the sandwich-making scene “comes out of nowhere. But now that I watch it, in retrospect the way that it works into the video … and the commentary on being overfed communication, advertisements and food in this country, it kind of makes sense by the end.”

So, what’s next for Gaga video-wise? Well, it seems that while Åkerlund doesn’t know anything about making a trilogy of videos, Gaga is certainly down for it. “I don’t really know! Actually Perez [Hilton] really wanted it to be a trilogy, and after he saw it he was like, ‘It has to have three parts,’ and I wasn’t really sure at the time, and then he pushed me over the edge.”

As far as the controversy surrounding Lady Gaga’s photo shoot for England’s Q Magazine is concerned, it has everything to do with Gaga wanting to target the rumor that she’s intersex (the politically correct term for hermaphrodite) head-on, something she also does in the “Telephone” video, when, after a strip search, one of the guards says, “I told you she didn’t have a dick,” to which the other retorts, “Too bad!”

Picture from the Lady Gaga article in Great Britain's Q Magazine. In this page, problems surrounding the photo shoot are discussed, including Gaga's complaint that the dildo isn't obvious enough. Click scanned image to enlarge.

For more details about the Q photos, read this MTV.com article: Lady Gaga Poses Topless In Q Magazine. “I consider myself quite the lady,” Lady Gaga says in interview with magazine. By Jocelyn Vena:

Lady Gaga's appearance on the cover of England's Q magazine is causing quite a stir: In the photo, she is seen topless, covering her chest with nothing more than her gloved hands or mesh wiring, and in some shots sporting a bulge in her black pants that is presumably a strap-on dildo.

In the April 2010 issue, which hit newsstands on February 23, Gaga talks all about arguably the most infamous rumor of the many that have followed her around: that she is a hermaphrodite. "We all know that one of the biggest talking points of the year was that I have a d--k, so why not give them what they want?" she told the magazine.

Image of Lady Gaga from the UK's Q Magazine, showing one of Gaga's nipples peaking out from her neck chains. Click scanned photo to enlarge.

Although she may come off as an unconventional person, Gaga admits she actually is quite old-fashioned in many respects. "Well, I believe in certain institutions: cooking, serving dinner, taking care of my family," she said in the magazine. "So I consider myself quite the lady."

In the interview, Gaga also shares how her strong-willed attitude and decision to not have a conventional pop star image have, at times, been an issue for her.

Closer photo of Lady Gaga clutching her breasts in the April 2010 British Q Magazine. Click scanned image to enlarge.

"The last thing a young woman needs is another picture of a sexy pop star writhing in sand, covered in grease, touching herself. My image was an issue at my record label. I fought for months and cried at meetings," she said. "I got criticized for being arrogant because if you're sure of yourself as a woman they say you're a bitch whereas if you're a man and you're strong-willed it's normal." Lady Gaga is on tour in England through next month. END.

Also, check out this article from the blog buzzwothy.MTV.com: Lady Gaga's 'Q Magazine' Cover Banned In U.S. by Leslie Simon:

Seeing that Lady Gaga collected two scandalous magazine covers this month, we asked you earlier this week to tell us which one was more Gagalicious—Q or Cosmopolitan. Had we but known, we would've asked you which one was more likely to get banned.

The results are in on that question and the answer is Q. According to the magazine's web site, the cover has been banned by "certain U.S. chains" because Gaga is showing the lower portion of her left boob, which is apparently a big no-no. In addition, New York state law also prohibits showing any area of the breast below the nipple, which could sacrifice the magazine's additional distribution in NYC, as well.

Gagaloo has yet to comment on the cover being banned, but in a statement published onQTheMagazine.com, the magazine's editors "can't help wonder what Lady Gaga herself would make of this turn of events, given her prophetic quote, standing at the start of the Q photo shoot with a dildo in her hand, 'It'd be a real f**king story, right'..."

What do you think? Did Gaga go too far on the cover of Q Magazine? Plus, why is no one saying anything about the black dildo camouflaged against her pants?!?

Fans that went to Lady Gaga’s recent Monster Ball Tour show in Auckland New Zealand, or watched it on YouTube, may have been worried about Gaga’s health. Clips showing the singer looking fatigued and dizzy, taking off her headdress, and lying down on the stage during one song sparked rumors that she wasn’t well.

But tour promoter Michael Coppel reassured fans that all is well with the 23-year-old. “(She is) totally fine. It was warm at the show, she was tired and bit dehydrated by the end of a two-hour-plus performance,” he said. “She performed the second Auckland show the following night without an issue and will be back in full match fitness for her first Australian show.”

March 16, 2010:

Check out this video: Manifesto of Little Monsters by Lady Gaga:

"Theres something heroic about the way my fans operate their cameras so precisely, so intricately, and so proudly. Like kings writing the history of their people.

"Its their prolific nature that both creates and procures what will later be perceived as the "kingdom". So, the real truth about Lady Gaga fans my little monsters lies in this sentence: They are the kings, they are the queens; they write the history of the kingdom, and I am something of a devoted jester.

"It is in the theory of perception that we have established our bond, or the lie, I should say, for which we kill. We are nothing without our image, without our projection, without the spiritual hologram of who we perceive ourselves to be, or rather to become in the future.

"When you are lonely, I’ll be lonely, too.

...and this is The Fame." 12/18/1974—Lady Gaga

Watch this MTV News video: Twilight Star Ashley Greene Recalls Meeting Lady Gaga. While Kristen Stewart thinks Lady Gaga is hot, her Twilight co-star Ashley Greene is an über-fan of the pop superstar. So when Greene spotted Gaga out at a bar one night, she had to meet her. “Oh my God! Yes! I was out with some friends when I first got back to L.A. the other night, and someone came up to me, and they were one of the owners of [L.A. hotpot] Trousdale,” she told MTV News at South by Southwest while promoting her upcoming movie Skateland. “I go, ‘Really, well, Lady Gaga’s over there. Can you make it happen?’ He walks back and goes, ‘Yeah, she’d love to meet you.’ And I was freaking out,” she continued. “There’s not too many people I get starstruck by, but I think she’s such an incredible woman, and everything she touches turns to gold. So, I was starstruck.” As it turned out, Gaga was also familiar with Greene’s. “I said, ‘Oh my God, thanks so much for letting me [meet you],’ ” she said. “She actually said to me, ‘I wanted to meet you, and I know who you are.’ Maybe we have a ‘Twilight’ fan on our hands!”
So how did Greene feel about Gaga’s “Telephone” video? “It’s incredible!” she raved. “It’s a mini-movie. It’s ridiculous how they did that video.”

Here’s another MTV News video: KRISTEN STEWART AND DAKOTA FANNING SAY LADY GAGA IS REALLY HOT! Lady Gaga’s pop-culture-suffused “Telephone” video has garnered millions of views across the Web, birthed a rush of graduate-level study to pick out every movie and music reference and touched off a public backlash when people mistakenly thought the footage had been banned from MTV. Everyone has taken notice, it seems, including the stars of ’70s rock biopic The Runaways. “She’s really hot,” Kristen Stewart told MTV News about Gaga. “She’s got a look.” Co-star Dakota Fanning concurred: “I am a fan of Lady Gaga because I think she’s a really good singer and a really great entertainer and when you watch her perform, you know it’s going to be a show. I think that’s really cool.”

Watch the Lady Gaga “Bad Romance” video via again to see how it compares with “Telephone.” They are both totally different and we have to say we love them both equally!
